Everything you need to know about getting your order — and what happens if something isn't right.

Shipping

Processing Time

We pack orders with care — that takes a little time. Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays get started the next business day. During peak seasons (hi, holidays), allow up to 5 business days.

How Long Will It Take?

We ship via USPS and UPS. Standard shipping typically lands within 5–7 business days after processing. Need it faster? Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout.

What Does Shipping Cost?

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders over $50 ship free within the continental United States — our little thank-you for stocking up.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. We're working on it.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Give it 24 hours to start showing movement.

Returns

Our Return Window

Changed your mind? No hard feelings. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items — as long as they're unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition they arrived.

What Can't Be Returned

We can't accept returns on opened candles, used wax melts, opened room sprays, or anything showing signs of use — for hygiene reasons, not stubbornness. Sale items are final sale.

How to Start a Return

Easy. Email fatcatwares@gmail.com with your order number and what's going on. We'll send return instructions within 2 business days.

Getting Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs aren't refundable, sorry.

Want a different item? We can do that. Reach out to fatcatwares@gmail.com and we'll get you sorted.

Something Arrived Wrong?

Damaged Items

That's on us. Email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked, no hassle.

Got the Wrong Thing?

Oops, our bad. Contact us within 7 days and we'll ship the right item right away and send a prepaid label for the return.

Lost Packages

Tracking Says Delivered But You Don't Have It

First, check with neighbors and your local post office — carriers occasionally mark things delivered early. If it's still MIA after 5 business days, reach out and we'll dig in with the carrier.

Wrong Address

Double-check your shipping address before you hit order — we ship to whatever address is provided. If something gets delivered to the wrong place because of an address error on your end, we unfortunately can't be responsible for that one.
